So, I bumped into Joanne Quinn-Smith the other morning at The American Entrepreneur on-site broadcast. I knew her nickname was Techno-Granny, but I didn’t really know what it meant. She (sort of) remembered me from my old life, and when I told her what I was doing now, she said “Great! Let’s have you on my show 7am Monday.” This happened at around 11am Saturday. So, no big deal. I thought and worked on Sunday to come up with some talking points that I thought people would want to hear about (like my ingenious and innovative business strategies,) and I listened to some of her archived shows and tried to figure out again how to use TalkShoe. Around 10:30pm Sunday, Joanne emailed me that my talking points “needed more meat,” and that I should talk more about yarn than about my start into this new career in the yarn industry. OK, no problemo. So, we went with it and here (click to listen) is the result. I still can’t bring myself to listen to it. I think I said “um” a lot.
